If you need it by a certain date then please let us know when you are ordering and don't forget to place your order as far in advance as possible! We try to maintain stocks of as many of our most popular products as possible, but please give us as much notice as you can to ensure that we can supply you with what you need on time.

Artwork

Here are some simple steps to consider if you are supplying your own finished artwork for our printing.

Step 1 Supply a laser proof if possible. If you can print it out chances are, so can we.	Step 2 Please ensure all fonts used in the documents and eps files are supplied. To reduce the likelihood of font problems, convert all types in Illustrator(TM), Freehand(TM) or Corel(TM) to outline (paths).	Step 3 Please make sure all picture files imported into Quark(TM), PageMaker(TM) or Illustrator(TM) have been updated, prior to copying to disk.
Step 4 Please be aware that files created in Microsoft Office(R) and Publisher(R), contain RGB colours not CMYK, and therefore will not print as vibrantly as they look on the screen.	Step 5 You can choose how you want to submit your job: Download the order form, print it out and drop it in our office, or fax or post your job.

For large format digital printing it is vital that you provide files to exactly the correct size with all images saved at the correct resolution and in the right format. Whether or not you are familiar with file preparation for large format digital printing it is of paramount importance that you confirm artwork specifications at the time of order - please be sure to ask.

Please bear in mind that product specifications may vary from time to time. Alternatively, we can design your artwork from scratch. You supply us with your logo, high resolution images and text and we will do the rest! Proofing is by PDF to make sure your artwork is exactly what you would want it to be! Please ask for a quote.

When it comes to supplying your artwork, we ask for your artwork on disc together with proofs. However, we can also accept your artwork by email (up to 25mb) but please discuss with us BEFORE you send it. We also have an FTP site where you can upload artwork files up to 1 gigabyte in size but please make sure you ask us first! Please also alert us whenever you post an artwork to our FTP site. We will give you passwords and access details once you have confirmed your order.
